Edtech startup IHateFlyingBugs (IHFB) announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with EduWill (CEO Yang Hyungnam), a leading education company, to drive innovation in “OnTact” learning and foster future talent.
The agreement aims to implement proactive learning management by integrating IHFB’s cutting-edge AI technology with EduWill’s robust educational content.
While traditional reactive AI chatbots passively respond only to student questions, IHFB’s “MildangPT” proactive multi-agent AI system—scheduled for launch in May—actively analyzes learning situations in real time. It intervenes before students even recognize a problem, providing the necessary guidance and support.
A key differentiator of MildangPT is the collaboration among multiple AI agents. They diagnose each student’s learning status, recommend customized materials, motivate learners, and manage individual progress—all while assisting or automating tasks typically handled by teachers. This is expected to significantly reduce teachers’ workloads and greatly enhance the efficiency of educational operations.
EduWill, with around 60% of its business already online, is strong in digital education, making this partnership especially synergistic. Under the MOU, the two companies will: co-develop AI-based personalized online learning content, build and refine a learning management system using AI tutoring technology and collaborate on joint branding campaigns and customer promotions
“MildangPT delivers proactive and personalized learning management through our multi-agent AI framework,” said IHFB CEO Park Chanyong. “It overcomes the limitations of existing personalized learning methods while ensuring operational efficiency and scalability. We look forward to working with EduWill to bring this innovative AI-based learning experience to more learners.”
“Edtech is one of our key future growth drivers, and this agreement marks an important step in redefining learner-centric OnTact education beyond simple technology partnerships,” said EduWill CEO Yang Hyungnam. “By combining our rich educational content with advanced technology, we will boost our competitiveness in the digital education market and create truly innovative, learner-focused environments.”
This year, EduWill is accelerating digital transformation and expanding innovative partnerships under its “Co-evolution” strategy, and the agreement with IHateFlyingBugs is a significant part of that initiative.
